Evermore Retirement Living in Forster, NSW is a 5 Star Independent Retirement complex which caters for all day to day needs of its residents whilst respecting their independence and privacy.
Evermore provides a premium aged care option in the heart of Foster’s CBD which is close by to all amenities, attractions and medical centres.
Evermore wished to provide mobile telephony reception for its residents throughout the complex, residents and employees had identified mobile reception issues specifically around fire rated stairwells and centralised lift areas.
Integer IT audited the site to identify the coverage issues experience, utilising our mobile application tools we mapped the area against the sites building plans which were receiving either poor or no mobile signal.
Evermore’s building is within 800-1.6kms of the local Telstra & Optus towers however the centre of the building did not receive the mobile coverage due to building’s concrete structure reflecting the signal.
Externally Integer installed 2 antennas on the roof facing the Telstra & Optus towers whilst internally installing Cel-Fi Go ceiling domes to create a mesh to provide coverage in the common areas and corridors.
Residents and employees are contactable whilst they roam the building using their mobile devices without dropping a call within areas of the building. Full strength mobile signals are now available for both mobile carriers in all previously identified problem areas.

This was a great project for Integer as this type of solution to connectivity issues is ideal for existing buildings or where signal strength from mobile towers is weak. The personal feedback I experienced directly from residents whilst on site with the Evermore team prior and after the installation was wonderful. Residents and relatives can now communicate with each other wherever they are in the building.
